We hope you are enjoying your sessions with Shuttle Masters and continue to benefit from our vibrant and active community.

We’d like to inform you about a few important changes we’re introducing to support smoother operations and maintain the quality of play you've come to expect.

 Effective Mid-July 2025: Payment Method Update
To address ongoing concerns about last-minute cancellations, we will be discontinuing bank transfers as a payment method.
Moving forward, all bookings must be made via card payment at the time of booking.
This change will help us manage attendance more effectively and ensure fairness for all players.

Effective August 2025: Session Fee Update
Due to significant increases in our operating costs — including a 25% rise in court hire fees and a 30% increase in shuttle prices — session fees will be adjusted as follows:

• Members: $11 per session (previously $10)

• Non-members: $16 per session (previously $15)

As many of you know, since launching SMI four years ago, we have not changed our session fees. We've worked hard to keep our sessions affordable and sustainable, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this necessary adjustment.
