Singapore Aquatics is proud to support SG Project Silent and World Drowning Prevention Day 2026 - This is Complmentary Session.

This year's global campaign centres on the theme "Unite to Turn the Tide", bringing together communities, organisations, and governments to help prevent the more than 300,000 drowning deaths that occur worldwide each year.

At Singapore Aquatics, we believe that drowning is silent, but prevention is possible through shared responsibility. Through education, awareness, and community action, we can empower individuals and families with the knowledge and skills needed to stay safe in and around water.

As part of this initiative, we are championing the Empowering Lives Through Aquatics Programme (ELTAP), which aims to make aquatic education and water safety accessible to all. By fostering confidence, competence, and inclusion in aquatic environments, ELTAP seeks to create safer communities and inspire lifelong participation in aquatics.
