RETURNING & NEW PLAYER REGO

To register to play for Newcastle University Seapigs for 2026 please follow the following steps:

- Click the RENEW link below if you have played hockey in NSW before and complete the registration form.
- Click on the REGISTER link below if you have not played in NSW before and complete the registration form.

• The Hockey New South Wales fee is payable through this registration so please only register here once. This will be $198.72 (over 18s) or $125.31 (under 18s) before you can take the field.
• We are introducing an automatic payment plan, breaking the fees into 14 weekly payments, or an upfront payment option. 

DUAL REGISTRATION PLAYERS

These instructions are only for members who have already registered with their PRIMARY NSW Association or Club but will also play with Mens University Seapigs in 2025. 

- Click on RENEW. Only click on RENEW if you have already registered with another NSW Hockey Club or Association for 2026.
- Enter your National Member ID (you would have received this on your receipt email from your Primary Association/Club registration; this is not required but will assist with the search) Last Name, Date of Birth.
- Select your Registration type from the drop-down menu. The system will identify that you are already a member and deduct the Hockey NSW Registration fee from the final cost once you continue to complete this process.
- Then press Renew Membership.
- Ensure your details in the fields specified are correct.
- Complete the payment details as outlined in the form. In most cases, this will only be processed as a $0.01 charge as long as you have already paid your HNSW registration.
- Press the Pay Now button.
- Processing may take up to 90 seconds. Do not navigate away from this page after clicking the 'Pay now' button.
Please note:Each member must be registered individually and paid separately.

FEES

Please include your invoice reference number in any bank deposit.

Active Kids Vouchers can be applied as per usual when renewing at the club (Do NOT use them when renewing at HNSW).

We will be using a weekly payment schedule to help break down the fee load on players. This is automatic through revolutionise.

You will not be able to take to the field unless you are up to date with your payments. If you have any questions or are in need of clarification please email uniseapigs@gmail.com.

Fees payable to NuSport must also be paid before you take to the field, it is a requirement of the University. 

We aim to keep fees as low as possible, and have managed to reduce fees compared to 2025. You will be asked to volunteer your time at various findraisers through 2026, helping to further reduce fees. The 2026 club fee is listed below as an indicative fee, and a guide to the maximum.

NuSport fees:

These are included  in your fees and are charged by Nusport for all non-University of Newcastle students, graduates, and externals. If you have any questions we can help, email uniseapigs@gmail.com.
