Notice of Annual General Meeting
Sandy Bay Water Polo Club Inc.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Members of Sandy Bay Water Polo Club Inc. (the Club) will be held at RACT House, Level 2 179-179 Murray Street, Hobart on Thursday 26 June 2025 commencing at 5:30pm.

4. Minutes
To confirm the Minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting held on 13 June 2024.
5. Annual Report
To receive a presentation of the President's Annual Report for the 2024/25 season.
6. Financial Statements
To receive a presentation of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025.
7. Election of Officer Bearers*
To receive confirmation of written nominations and elect the following roles:
-
- Secretary (for a period of two years to the end of the 2027 AGM)
- Treasurer (for a period of three years to the end of the 2028 AGM
8. Election of Committee Members*
To receive confirmation of written nominations for up to four (4) to six (6) vacant Committee Member positions, noting that the specific number of vacant Committee Member positions required to be elected, and the terms of those roles, may be dependent on the outcome of the election of Office Bearers detailed above.
9. Appointment of Life Members^
Club to consider the following individual members for life membership as nominated by members in accordance with the Club's Constitution and recommended by the Committee:

10. General Matters
*Please note that nominations for vacant committee positions and/or office bearers must be emailed to and received by sbseaeagles@gmail.com prior to 5:30pm on Tuesday 24 June 2025. In the event that no written nominations have been received, verbal nominations at the meeting will be accepted. Any polls required will take place by means of exhuastive ballot of adult financial members in accordance with the Club's Constitution.
