NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Members of Sandy Bay Water Polo Club Inc. (the Club) will be held at RACT House, Level 2 179-179 Murray Street, Hobart on Thursday 11 June 2026 commencing at 5:30pm.

• To confirm the Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting held on 26 June 2025.

5. Annual Report

• To receive a presentation of the President's Annual Report for the 2025/26 season.

6. Financial Statements

• To receive a presentation of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026.

7. Election of Public Officer*

• To receive confirmation of written nominations and elect a Public Officer for a 2-year term to the end of the 2028 AGM.

8. Election of Committee Members*

• To receive confirmation of written nominations and elect three (3) Committee Member positions for 2-year terms to the end of the 2028 AGM.

9. General Matters

*Please note that nominations for committee positions must be emailed to and received by sbseaeagles@gmail.com prior to 5:30pm on Tuesday 2 June 2026. In the event that no written nominations have been received, verbal nominations at the meeting will be accepted. Any polls required will take place by means of exhuastive ballot of adult financial members in accordance with the Club's Constitution.
