Our Green Fleet Three-Day Camp is the perfect opportunity for developing sailors to build confidence, learn how to race and spend extended time on the water. Running from 9:30am to 3:30pm each day, this camp is designed to help sailors gradually progress toward joining our main Optimist Fleet.

Across the three days, sailors will take part in structured on-water sessions focusing on boat handling, starting practice, mark rounding, and short-course race simulations. Coaches will provide clear guidance, individual feedback, and fun challenges to help sailors improve their decision-making and feel comfortable in a racing environment. Off-water debriefs and activities will reinforce key skills and give sailors a chance to connect with their peers.

This camp is ideal for Tackers Graduates keen to take the next step as well as those with some Green Fleet Experience who are eager to get faster.
