Event Waiver

 
Any sailing day could be cancelled due to wind strength over 16knts, front coming through, or a forecast 36 degrees and over.  A cancellation notice is posted on our website either the day before an activity at 3PM, or on the morning of an activity at 7AM.
Check the website before coming to each sailing day to make sure sailing in ON!
No cancellation notice means sailing is ON 😊

PARTICIPATION RISK STATEMENT  

By registering your membership and for our sailing programs you hereby agree that you are aware of the nature and involvement of the supported sailing activity and accept that participation is entirely at your own risk. 

Your Agency/ Guardian representative is the person responsible for the Participant, are aware of the nature and involvement of the supported sailing activity and give permission for them to participate and accept that participation is entirely at their own risk.
