Hi Flying Fifteen sailors

It’s great to see so many new boatowners and so many boats refurbished or being refurbished.

The AGM is an informal affair where we follow the Agenda but really get together to chat about how we can improve the class and sail more!!

Please find attached:

·Notice & Agenda for Annual General Meeting to be held on 18/19 October 2025;

·Minutes of the meeting held on 16 November 2024;

·Proxy and Nomination Form;

·Nomination of Officers Form; and

·Annual Financial Statements.

President’s and International Councillor’s Reports may follow.

If you are unable to make the meeting, please would you

• send me a WhatsApp message nominating the chairman or someone of your choice as your proxy; or
• sign the attached Proxy and Nomination Form and scan it and send it back to me.

The meeting will probably be held on Saturday after sailing ….. or when there is no wind – this comment will certainly bring wind. 

If you want to be removed from this list, please let me know.
