GENERAL WAIVER
The Organising Authority, and the host club, their officers, members, servants and agents accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss or damage to property which may be sustained by reason of their participation or intended participation in this event or howsoever arising in connection with this event.
EVENT WAIVER
We the owner/operator of the entry vessel and our crew members in consideration of and as a condition of the entry of our vessel in the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania 2025 J Boags Navigation and Seamanship Cruise (the event), hereby waive all and any claim, right or cause of action we might otherwise have for or arising out of loss of our life or injury damage or loss of any description whatsoever or howsoever caused which we may suffer or sustain in the course of and/or as a consequence of our entry or participation in the event.

This waiver shall be and operate as a release, discharge and indemnity in favour of all persons, corporations and bodies involved or otherwise engaged in promoting or staging the event and the servants, representatives, Flag Officers and/or Directors of any of them.
