Event Waiver

Activities are conducted within the following conditions:

Participants must be able to swim 25 metres.
All activities on the water require PFD approved to Australian Sailing requirments.
In case of medical emergency I give consent to the organisers to arrange medical treatment.
If you DO NOT wish yours or childs image to appear on RYCT social media posts, please ensure you tick the box above.
Participants has the sole and exclusive responsibility whether to participate; be aware that the water is cold! Wetsuits/drysuits are mandatory, boots and thermals are recommended.

All participants must be members of the RYCT and accept the respective conditions of membership and yacht club constitution.
