This meet will be eligable for the next best 8 method of the Next Best Qualification for State Championships Progression (13s, 14s, 15s, 13s–14s Para)

We encourage all spectators to lend a hand with the field events to help ensure the competition runs smoothly. Even a one hour of assistance makes a huge difference. No previous experience is required—our team will provide guidance on the day.
COMPETITION RULES & POLICIES
The competition shall be run to NSW Athletics rules of competition.
Athletes must compete in their club uniform.
Athletes are permitted to compete in a maximum of four (4) events
There will be no athlete check in. Athletes simply enter online and turn up to their event site at least 10 minutes prior for Track and 20 minutes for field.
Spikes worn must not exceed 7mm in length
Only Starting blocks supplied by the venue may be used.
Field events will have 4 rounds and each athlete may have an attempt in each round.
