Location: Hunter Sports Centre, Glendale

Cost: $20 per athlete

Eligible Age Groups: 8s - Masters 

Closing Date: 20 January 2026 @ 11:59pm

Athletes must be registered with NSW Athletics

Permit status:

• This meet will be ratified as astate permit, allowing athletes to use their performance to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
• National Qualification Opportunities

• This meet will beeligablefor thenext best 8 methodof theNext Best Qualification for State Championships Progression(13s, 14s, 15s, 13s–14s Para)

Registrations will close at 11:59pm on 20th January 2026. 
Only Online entries will be taken(No late entries or on the day entries will be taken)

VOLUNTEERS

We encourage all spectators to lend a hand with the field events to help ensure the competition runs smoothly. Even a one hour of assistance makes a huge difference. No previous experience is required—our team will provide guidance on the day.

COMPETITION RULES & POLICIES

• The competition shall be run to NSW Athletics rules of competition.
• Athletes must compete in their club uniform.
• Athletes are permitted to compete in a maximum of four (4) events
• There will be no athlete check in. Athletes simply enter online and turn up to their event site at least 10 minutes prior for Track and 20 minutes for field.
• Spikes worn must not exceed 7mm in length
• Only Starting blocks supplied by the venue may be used.
• ​ Field events will have 4 rounds and each athlete may have an attempt in each round.
