Event Waiver

SAILING CRUISE & ACTIVITIES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By proceeding with this registration, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I am medically and physically fit to participate and will disclose any relevant medical conditions to the आयोजsers.
• I understand that sailing and associated activities involve inherent risks, including capsizing, collision, slips and falls, equipment failure, changing weather conditions, and risk of serious injury or death.
• I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge the organisers, host club, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, and vessel owners/operators from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, including negligence.
• I agree to indemnify the organisers and associated parties against any claims or expenses arising from my participation.
• I will follow all safety instructions, wear required safety equipment (including lifejackets/PFDs), and comply with directions from crew and instructors.
• I will not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol unless explicitly permitted.
• I consent to receive first aid or emergency medical treatment if required.
• I acknowledge activities may be modified or cancelled due to weather or safety considerations.
• I consent to the use of photographs or video for promotional purposes unless I notify organisers otherwise.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
