A two day event providing opportunities for all women to explore, participate in and thrive at competitive keelboat sailing. 

For all participants, across all aspects of sailing and racing we will aim to challenge, nurture and mentor to allow all to enhance their capabilities, build confidence and develop skills on the water.

Saturday 5 October, 2019	7:00am onwards	Breakfast available in the Careening Cove Anchorage
	7:15am – 8:00am	Harbourfront Yoga (bring your own mat)
	9:00am – 11:30am	Coaching session in designated groups
	1:00pm – 4:30pm	Short course racing
	5:00pm onwards	Debrief day.  Dinner and drinks available in Careening Cove Anchorage.
Sunday 6 October, 2019	7:00am onwards	Breakfast available in the Careening Cove Anchorage
	7:15am – 8:00am	Harbourfront Yoga (bring your own mat)
	9:00am – 11:30am	Coaching session in designated groups
	1:00pm – 4:30pm	Short course racing

	6:00pm till late	Inspirational Women in Sailing Dinner and Presentation $65/person

Costs
An individual entry fee of $75 is required from all sailors participating.  This fee contributes to the cost of coaching support.  If sailing on an Elliott 7 with an instructor an additional fee will be incurred.
 

Inspirational Women in Sailing Dinner and Presentation
To wrap up two days of sailing we will have a presentation dinner and a panel of inspirational women in sailing to share their experiences.  Cost of the dinner is $65 per person.
