SailPass 

A SailPass will provide you with personal injury insurance cover for the day/s that you are registered.

REGULATIONS:
Australian Sailing (AS) 
as part of Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 46 requires. "...any crew member who sails in 3 or more races in a season shall be a member of a Club affiliated to Australian Sailing and an Australian Sailing card holder (SIN)."

Weekend Racing & Regatta's

SailPass fee to $20 per day for Weekend racing and Regatta's.

For non-members of a sailing club with no AS number the first 3 weekend days for a non-member of an AS Affiliated Club will be free, then the subsequent races will be will be charged at $20 per race. The Squadron intends to cap the total number of Sail passes for this category at 10 days (after which membership will be required to continue)

If crew membership is not taken, and the person returns the for the following season 10 Sail Pass can be applied for at $20 each for a maximum of 10 Sail passes per season.

If the person is a current senior with racing rights or crew member of an Australian Sailing affiliated club (as listed) with an AS Number a Sail Pass is required, when competing in an organised Squadron race.

  • No fee will apply for the first 5 days per season after which a Sail pass fee of $20 will apply or Squadron Crew membership will need to be acquired.
  • Clubs include only the following - CYCSA, PASC, Adelaide Sailing Club, Henley Sailing Club, LBSC, Christies Sailing Club, Brighton-Seacliff YC, Goolwa Regatta Sailing Club, Pt Vincent Sailing Club.
