Come and join us for some fanastic fun on the water wth friends! This will be 8 weeks of Sunday Pacer Dinghy training for teens of mixed skill levels, with beginner and intermediate training encompassing OutThere Sailing 1 and 2, so kids of slightly different skill levels can stay with their friends and have a great time. Our experienced Instructors will guide participants through sailing skills development on our dinghies in the sheltered Outer Harbour waters while fostering a fun atmosphere. There will also be the opportunity for skills developed in the Term 4 programme to flow on to the next combined training sessions in Term 1 2027. The RSAYS is accredited for School Sports Vouchers and we also offer a discount for siblings across all our different age groups, please use code SIBLING after the first enrolment.

Overview

This is an OutThere Sailing combined course (a combination of OutThere Sailing 1, 2, 3). The combined course enables individual progression accross its duration, whilst allowing friends to remain together.

OutThere Sailing will always be about fun, social engagement and safety.

Prerequisites

Water confident.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who are 12-17 years-old looking to try a new activity, have some fun and engage with others whilst sailing.

Course Outcome

By the end of the OutThere Sailing combined course, the participants will achieve the standards of either OutThere Sailing 1, 2, or 3 and have had a lot of FUN with friends!
