We agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and all other rules that govern the event, with which we have made ourselves clear. We acknowledge RRS 3 – Decision to Race, places us solely responsible for deciding whether or not to start or continue racing on the boat. We further acknowledge and agree that subject to our entry into this event being accepted (without any obligation on your part to accept it), our participation is at our own risk.
