Event Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to abide by the requirements of the Mini Series Notice of Race.

If I am fulfulling the role of Support Boat / Coach:

I agree that I possess the appropriate current insurance for my support boat and the support boat driver holds a current Recreational Skippers Ticket (or equivalent valid in WA).

My support boat will carry all safety equipment required to comply with local Western Australian Department of Transport law.

The driver and crew of my support boat will wear PFDs at all times and the boat is equipped with a working VHF radio, accessible serrated knife and a whistle or horn.

I confirm that I have read the above Event Waiver in its entirety.*
