Event Waiver

In submitting this form I confirm that all information is correct and accurate and that I agree to the following:

-The insurance cover as provided is current and in force.

-I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of World Sailing and by all other rules that govern the regatta and I acknowledge that RRS 3 - Decision to Race, places sole responsibility for a boat deciding to participate in a race or continue racing as hers alone. The Organising Authority, its associates and appointees will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death or inconvenience sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

PHOTOGRAPHY

- By participating in an event of the 2027 Australian Hansa Class Championships, competitors automatically grant to the Organising Authority, and their sponsors, the right in perpetuity to make, use and show, from time to time at their discretion, any motion pictures and live, taped or filmed television and other reproductions of the athlete during the period of the competition without compensation.

- Boats may be required to carry cameras, sound equipment or positioning equipment as specified by the Organising Authority.

- Competitors may be required for media interviews or press conferences at the regatta.
