Event Waiver

DECLARATION

I agree to be bound by all Rules that govern the regatta as expressed in clause 1.0 of the NOR, and I acknowledge that RRS Rule 3 – Decision to Race, places the sole responsibility for a boat deciding to participate in a race or to continue racing as hers alone.

I agree to indemnify the Organising Authority, its associates, and appointees from accepting any responsibility for material damage or personal injury or death or inconvenience sustained in conjunction with, prior to, during or after the regatta.

I confirm that the boat is covered by third party insurance cover of not less than AUD 10 million for any one incident.
