Enjoy the thrill of fast-paced, tactical sailing as the sun sets over Matilda Bay in the Royal Perth Yacht Club Twilight Teams Racing Series 2025. This exciting 3-versus-3 team racing competition brings together sailors of all experience levels for an action-packed series of short, strategic races in Elliott 7s.
Teams of three boats race head-to-head in a dynamic format that rewards teamwork, communication, and tactical awareness over pure speed. Each evening features multiple short races, creating plenty of opportunities for close contests and lively competition.

Boats: Elliott 7s (non-spinnaker), provided by the RPYC
Venue: Matilda Bay, adjacent to Royal Perth Yacht Club
Teams: 3 boats per team, each with a skipper and two crew
Entry Fee: AU$75 per team
Prizes: Pennants awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams each evening
After racing, competitors and supporters are invited to unwind at the Catalina Bar, which will be open for drinks, food, and social activities. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the twilight atmosphere, share stories from the water, and celebrate the evening’s racing.
