The 2026 Rowing Australia Coaching Conference is being held at Shark Event Centre on the Gold Coast. It starts with the meet and greet function at 6.30 on Saturday evening the 24th October and runs through the 2 day Conference which closes at 3pm on Monday the 26th of October.
Beyond the Catch: Coaching That Creates Impact
The Conference theme is to improve your coaching impact with a particular focus on school coaching. Liam McCarthy is flying in from the UK as our keynote speaker. Liam's topic is Developing Coaches.
Other presenters include Scott Fairweather, successful school and Olympic coaches and athletes as well as the RA HP Team coaches and support staff. The Full program will be released soon.
We have secured a special rate for Conference attendees at the Mantra Hotel which is next to the Conference venue. The trams also run from near to the Sharks Event Centre.
Please note this is the weekend of the Gold Coast Supercars so it is worth booking accomodation and travel early before prices rise.
