Information Regarding Membership

- Do not select the "renew membership" option on RevSport when you are registering for a membership. It will not work. Please select "New Member". This is because it's a new platform, so past memberships don't carry over.
- If you are registering a membership for a junior, enter the child's details (name and DoB) and not your own. We only require the adult's Wenty Leagues Membership details, which are collected on the next step of the membership form. We will not issue refunds if you pay the adult membership price for a junior membership to ensure members fill in the form correctly and prevent additional administrative action.
- For family memberships (juniors U18), ensure you register the oldest child first, then email contact@rootyhillchessclub.org with the full name, date of birth, and sex of the other children so we can set up a family account. (Family accounts must be confirmed by us, and this allows you to use one login to register for each person separately)
- Registration for events is done through each individual's login. This allows you to skip manually entering details each time you register, and it lets us confirm that only members are registering with the discounted entry.
