FIDE Standard and ACF Normal Rated Chess Tournament
Division A: 16 Player Swiss
Division B: 24 Player Swiss
Division C: All remaining players
Divisions:
The organiser will sort divisions based on ACF and FIDE ratings before the event starts. Divisions will be sorted on the 4th of September. There may be limited additional spots in Divisions A and B once they are sorted.
Time Control:
60 minutes + 30 seconds per move, per player.
Entry Fees:
$20 for All Members
Free entry for members rated above 2000 FIDE Standard or ACF Normal.
Entries close Thursday, 3rd September 2026. Late entries incur a $10 late fee for all players.

Clocks start at 7:15 pm sharp each Tuesday.
Default Time: After 30 minutes past the round start time.
The arbiter has the right to modify the pairings if there are no-shows on the night of the draw.
You will be withdrawn from the tournament if you are not present by the default time without a valid reason. You must pay a $10 penalty fee to be included in the draw again.
Byes:
If you cannot attend a game, you must submit a bye request using the following form.
Players are permitted a maximum of TWO half-point byes, except in Rounds 8 and 9. All bye requests must be communicated before Friday of the next round (Deadline is 11:59 pm Thursday). Requests made after the deadline will be given as zero-point byes.
