- Free entry applies to players of 2000 ACF/FIDE on the June List, provided they are a current financial member of the Rooty Hill Chess Club. Email contact@rootyhillchessclub.org to register.
- Appearance fees will be paid to players over 2100 FIDE/2150 ACF on the June rating list. Please email contact@rootyhillchessclub.org for more information
- A late entry fee of $10 applies to entries after the 29th of May. No entries are permitted after Round 5.

- 1st: $600
- 2nd: $350
- 3rd: $250
- Rating Group 1 (TBD by ACF Standard Ratings): 1st $200 and 2nd $100
- Rating Group 2 (TBD by ACF Standard Ratings): 1st $200 and 2nd $100
