Registration

SEASON 2025/26 HAS OFFICIALLY FINISHED. NEW REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MID-JULY 2026. SHOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN JOINING RUNNERS SOFTBALL, PLEASE COMPLETE THE CONTACT FORM AND WE WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU.

FOR NEW MEMBERS:

• If you have NEVER registered for softball before, click "NEW MEMBER" and complete the online registration.
• For players who have migrated to Road Runners from other club, please see further information below regarding clearances and permits in order to complete your registration.

FOR RETURNING MEMBERS:

• If you are an existing member and registered in the revSPORT system, you will need your Softball ID number (please contact Cristy or Linda if you are unable to locate this). Please do not register without your current Softball ID number as this may create a duplicate record and you could pay more for your registration than required.
• Once you have obtained your Softball ID number, click "RETURNING MEMBERS" and complete the online registration.

DO YOU NEED A CLEARANCE OR PERMIT?

• If you wish to change club's permanently, you will need to request a CLEARANCE. This will then change your "home club" to Road Runners Softball Club once all processes have been approved by committee members.
• If you wish to remain with your "home club", you may request a PERMIT. This will allow you to play for a different club in addition to your "home club" ensuring you are not permanently transferred from your "home club". 
• IMPORTANT REGARDING PERMITS - If the system asks you for a CLEARANCE and does not provide any option of a PERMIT, it means you have no yet renewed with your "home club" for the current season. Please renew your membership with your "home club" first, then come back and complete the registration for a PERMIT.
