• Athletes competing in the 8s, 9s and 10s age groups – must wear shoes, but are not
  permitted to wear spike shoes.
• Athletes competing in the 11s and 12s age groups – must wear shoes and may wear
  spikes shoes in the 4x100m and in long jump, high jump and javelin.
