Please note all courses are subject to minimum numbers. Should we need to cancel a course and any new date offered is not suitable for you, you will be entitled to a full refund.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I understand that sailing and foiling are inherently hazardous activities that involve risks of injury, damage to equipment, or other unforeseen incidents.
• I participate in the clinic entirely at my own risk and accept responsibility for my own safety and the condition of my equipment.
• I will follow all instructions given by the coaches, safety personnel, and event organisers, and comply with the Racing Rules of Sailing and any event safety requirements.
• I confirm that I am competent to sail the equipment I will be using and am medically fit to participate.
• I will wear an approved personal flotation device (PFD) and any other required safety equipment while on the water.
• I release and hold harmless the organisers, coaches, volunteers, the WASZP Class Association, and the Royal Geelong Yacht Club from liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from my participation, except where caused by negligence that cannot be excluded by law.
• I consent to photographs and video taken during the clinic being used by the organisers and Australian Sailing for promotional and reporting purposes unless I notify the organisers otherwise.

For participants under 18 years of age, this waiver must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian.
