As part of the 2026 Women on Water Sailing Development Program, program participants are invited for two free sailing days on the RS21s to further develop the skills, expand on knowledge learned, and grow your friendships through sailing. These two days are provided free-of-charge to all course participants courtesy of Australian Sailing's Sail Our Way program.

Green Fleet is an introduction to coaching and learning to train.

Green Fleet promotes practicing the fundamental skills of sailing, introduces some foundation race skills through training activities in an environment that is enjoyable, without a competition focus.
