Session Overviews
August 2025's focus will be on the upcoming 2K Team Racing regatta to be hosted by RGYC and sailed in the RS21's.
Classroom Session
Building on the learnings from the 2025 2K Team Racing Victorian Championship, we will aim to identify several key areas to improve racing results in the format.
On-Water Session
Utilising several drills and practice races, we will convert the learned knowledge from Thursday's classroom session into race-specific on-water practice.
We will also focus on key boat-handling components on the RS21's in preparation for the event.
The coaching team will assess the group's preference for additional on-water sessions prior to the 2K Team Racing Regatta in September and aim to facilitate development as much as possible.
