Women on Water at RGYC is all about bringing women together to learn, sail and connect. Whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your skills, WOW offers a supportive, all-female environment to help you build confidence on the water while having a great time. 

Meet the other women in sailing, including club members and broader sailing community. 

Enhance skills, confidence and knowledge through both, on water and off water training days and workshops led by expert mentors. 

This program is open to all, members or non-members. We welcome individuals of varying levels of experience levels who share a common desire to improve sailing skills, understand water safety, engage with a female sailing community, & have fun!

Come down before the Saturday Winter Series and enhance your sailing skills! After the session you are encouraged to stay and race or jump on the safety boat to experience race days firsthand!
