International Cadet Coaching Squads

International Cadet Coaching Squads are open to sailors in the Cadet or other youth double-handed classes. Sessions will be led by Australia International Cadet Team Coach Tony Bull, and assisted by RGYC Instructors & past Cadet sailors.

Parents and supporters of RGYC youth sailing are encouraged to volunteer to assist on the instructor boats in an assistant capacity. This is a great opportunity to see the sailors developing up close on the water. While we encourage parent involvement, we ask all parents volunteering to respect the expertise and knowledge of our coaches and instructors in allowing them teach our junior sailors.
