Lunch Orders

The entry fee includes a pre-ordered lunch for the skipper and, in double-handed classes, one crew member. Lunch is not included for competitors in foiling classes, as their scheduled race times fall outside the lunch period.

Regatta Shirt

The entry fee includes a regatta shirt when ordered at the time of Early Entry. Entries received after 2 October 2026 are not guaranteed a shirt.

Shirt orders may still be placed after 2 October; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Event Waiver

I certify that all information on this Entry Form is correct to the best of my knowledge and that the competitor:

(a) is A financial member of yacht club affiliated with Australian Sailing.
(b) has a Hull, rig and equipment in a seaworthy and suitable condition, complying with the appropriate Class Rules.
(c) has comprehensive insurance including third party liability cover with a minimum of $10 million for each and every incident.
(d) releases Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club (Inc.) and any representative thereof from any claim or demand that I may have or deem myself to have on my or anyone else's behalf arising out of the 2025 International Classes Regatta (ICR).

Media Rights

By participating in this event, competitors automatically grant to the Organising Authority, and their sponsors, the right in perpetuity to make, use and show, from time to time at their discretion, any pictures and live, taped or filmed television and other reproductions of the competitor during the period of the competition without compensation.
