• The event is by invitation only to the Hong Kong International Dragon Association of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RHKYC) and the Western Australian International Dragon Association.
• Each Association will be represented by a team of three boats.
• The event will consist of 3-boat team racing in Dragons in a multiple race format. Up to 20 races will be sailed.
• Teams will be assigned a fleet of three boats for each race in accordance with the Schedule of Races.
• Boats will be rotated between the teams at the end of day 1 – Saturday 25^th April.
• The Schedule of Races and boat rotations will be posted after 1630hrs on Monday 20^th April 2026.
