Please be at Redcliffe Red Dragons Shed by 9.30am.
Activities start at 9:30am which includes the warmup and Coaches brief. We aim to be on the water from 10.00am.
Paddlers MUST register to be included in the session so coaches can formulate crews before session commences. Once registered, it is vital to attend the session booked and notify club if you cannot attend.
Personal hygiene for participants these hygiene practices are a must.
Wash down boats, club paddles and sweep oar after the event.
