Tuesday Off Water Fitness Training

OFF WATER TRAINING SESSION

Please be at the Paddlers Den at 5.30pm, for 5.45pm start.

The workouts include floor exercises, free weights, as well as the ERG paddler and the rower.  We expect to finish by 7.00pm.

Members MUST register to be included in each training session.

Once registered, it is vital to attend the training session booked and notify club if you cannot attend.
DO NOT attend training if you are unwell.
