Please be at Redcliffe Red Dragons Shed at 9.00am.
Activities start at 9:00am which includes the warmup and Coaches brief. We aim to be on the water from 10.00am to 11.00am, with a morning tea supplied afterwards.
Paddlers MUST register to be included in the session so coaches can formulate crews before session commences. Once registered, it is vital to attend the session booked and notify club if you cannot attend.
Personal hygiene for participants these hygiene practices are a must.
Wash down boats, club paddles and sweep oar after the event.
