Session includes Coaches brief and involves use of the Paddle Erg. This is an opportunity to step back and break the stroke down to simple segments. We will deconstruct the paddle stroke and demonstrate how we can take advantage of the body movement to be effective and efficient in the boat. We will conclude by 7.00pm. One on one sessions are limited to 5 persons max. All others will be observers and students.
Paddlers MUST register to be included in each training session and for coaches to plan before session commencing. Once registered, it is vital to attend the training session booked and notify club if you cannot attend.
