STATES DEBRIEF SESSION

Please be at the Paddlers Den at 5.30pm.

Session includes unloading boats and Coaches brief.  We will conclude by 7.00pm.

Paddlers MUST register to be included in each training session and for coaches to formulate crews before session commencing. Once registered, it is vital to attend the training session booked and notify club if you cannot attend.

DRAGON BOAT TRAINING PARAMETERS

Personal hygiene for participants are a must.

• Clean equipment after use, including boats, club paddles and sweep oar before and after training
• DO NOT attend training if you are unwell.
