The 2026/27 softball season is almost here, and Redbacks Softball Club is excited to welcome returning members and new players for another fantastic season!

Whether you are an experienced player or have never picked up a bat and glove before, Redbacks offers a friendly and supportive environment where players can develop their skills, stay active, build confidence and become part of a wonderful softball community.

Our Come & Try Days are a great opportunity to meet members of Redbacks Softball Club, participate in some fun softball activities and learn more about the upcoming season.

All equipment will be provided. Simply wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes, and remember to bring a water bottle.

WHO CAN JOIN REDBACKS?

Redbacks Softball Club welcomes players from across the central and northern Sunshine Coast, including:

• Maroochydore

• Mooloolaba

• Nambour

• Bli Bli

• Coolum

• Surrounding communities

TRAINING INFORMATION

Redbacks training will commence on:

Tuesday, 15 September 2026

Junior training: From 4:00 pm
Senior training: From 6:00 pm

Training is held at:

129 Mooloolah Connection Road, Glenview

Our training sessions provide players with the opportunity to develop their softball skills, learn more about the game and get to know their coaches and teammates before the season begins.

Beginners are very welcome, and no previous softball experience is required.

SATURDAY GAMES

The 2026/27 softball season will commence on:

Saturday, 10 October 2026

Junior games are played on Saturday mornings.
Senior games are played on Saturday afternoons.

Competitions are available in the following divisions:

• Under 10

• Under 14

• Women’s

• Men’s

There are opportunities for players of all experience levels - from complete beginners learning the game for the first time to experienced players returning for another exciting season.
