The Volleyball Victoria Country Championships is the premier annual indoor volleyball tournament for regional Volleyball Victoria affiliates. With a proud history spanning more than half a century, the Country Championships remain one of the most anticipated events on the Victorian volleyball calendar.

The 2026 tournament will take place over the King’s Birthday long weekend (6–8 June) in Bendigo at Red Energy Arena.

Macedon Ranges Volleyball Association plans to enter one Men’s team and one Women’s team in each divison. Junior players may also be selected to compete in these teams if appropriate, providing a valuable opportunity to gain experience at a high-level senior tournament.

The Country Championships bring together regional associations from across Victoria to compete in a highly competitive and exciting tournament environment, making it a fantastic opportunity for players to represent their region and experience one of the state’s premier volleyball events.

The Volleyball Victoria Junior Country Championships are held later in the year in Horsham, and MRVA will also be exploring the possibility of entering teams into that event as well.
