OutThere Sailing is a 3 step, 3 week program that has been specifically designed for teenagers from 11 to 18 years old. OutThere Sailing is perfect for teens who want to try sailing in a non-competitive, social and fun setting (leave your homework onshore)!

OutThere Sailing 1.
This course introduces participants to sailing and its introductory skills with a focus on having fun with friends.

Next course to do.

OutThere Sailing 2 – Completed OutThere 1
This course leverages the same social philosophy and further develops sailing skills acquired from the lower level course.

And after that...

OutThere Sailing 3 – Completed OutThere 2
This course enables participants to build their confidence and refine their skills to sail autonomously or with friends.

Overview

OutThere Sailing 3 has a variety of challenges and skills to master during the program. While the focus is still on fun and hanging out with mates, this course will teach you skills that will make you more competent out on the water and in a position to take your friends out sailing.

Prerequisites

Water confident.

Who should do this program?

This program is designed for participants who are 12-17 years-old, who have done OutThere Sailing 2, who are now looking to develop further sailing skills, whilst still having fun and engaging with other teenagers.
