There is a late fee of $60 for any registrations after the 4th October.

Course Overview

This course is aimed at youth who want to try to build a team(skipper and crew) and learn to sail a 29er.

This course does not operate on Nov 16 which is Lady Stonehaven Regatta.

WHEN.

Arrive at club at 8.30am ro rig up a 29er. Meet Coach at 8.45am.

What you need.

Clothing for average or cool weather sailing.

Long leg wetsuit(buy online second had on Facebook Marketplace or gumtree)

Wetsuit boots(surf shop or above).

Hat (or beanie in cold weather)

*Thermal underwear top - (polypropylene) thin long sleeve top you can buy in any outdoor hiking/snowsports shop.

Light weight water proof/breathable taped seam jacket.

Clothing for hot weather sailing.(26-36 degrees)

Shorts.

Wetsuit boots.

hat.

Rash top long sleeves to protect against sun burn. (Buy at any surf shop)
