Lessons for new 29er teams coming from Quests or Optimists.

This course is desiged to put together teams who will then learn the individual roles and balance together to keep a 29er sailing upright.

Once they pass all the skills, and keep the boat upright up to 15 knots, they can graduate to the afternoon 29er Squad coaching.
