Please Note: This event is being conducted at the Maitland Regional Athletics Facility  

ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY – under no circumstances will on the day entries be taken

Ages: 6 to Masters
Time: 10.00am to 2.30pm
Cost: $15 for up to 6 events

Draft timetable (Final Timetable when entries close)

Sunday 19th July - Track Events

9.30am - Sprint Hurdles (age 8-12) (60m to 80m) 

Please Note: Little Athletic Hurdle Heights and Distances with Collapsible Hurdles only.

10.15am - 50m (ages 6-7)

10.30am - 60m (ages 13+)

11.00am - 100m (age 6-12)
11.30am - 150m (ages 13+)

12.00Noon - 200m (age 6-12)

12.30pm - 300m (ages 13+)

1.00pm -  400m (age 8-12)

1.30pm – 500m (age 6-7)

1.45pm - 3K (age 13+)

Sunday 19th July - Field Events
10.00am - High Jump Scissor (age 9-10)

10.00am - Shot Put (age 6-7, 11-12)
10.00pm - Di
scus (age 13+)

12 00Noon –Javelin (age 11-12)

12 00Noon –Discus (age 6-10 )

12.30Noon - High Jump (age 13+)




Rules

• The competition shall be run to World Athletic rules.

• 1 false start rule shall apply to 13 years and above running events.

• Seeded events will be conducted for under 13 girls/boys and open Men/Women up to 800m.

• Athletes shall be seeded according to ability (if times submitted on entry).

• Spikes worn must be max. of 7mm in length. No spike shoes for 6’s- 10’s in any event and 11’s-12’s only in laned events.

• Age restrictions will apply to appropriate events.

• All throwers must use the correct throwing implement for their age.

• Athletes in field event (except high jump) will have the duration of the time allocated for their event for completion of their trials.

 

Timing : Photo finish shall be in use

Check in: Athletes are not required to checkin, but must report 10 minutes before the scheduled start time or when announced over the PA.

Spectators/Visitors/Coaches: Must remain outside the competition area or within the designated coaching area

Results: Live Results will be available via the QR code displayed at the venue.

Canteen: Limited packaged food and drinks available from canteen.
