2021 HUNTER REGION WINTER SERIES - ALL WELCOME

ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY - due to COVID-19 restrictions, on-the-day entries are not available

Ages: 6 to Masters
Time: Starts 10:00am to approximately 2:00pm
Cost: $5 for up to 5 events
Registrations Round 2 Open: 21st JUNE -
Register: There are two Registration / Entry types

Entries Close: 1pm Wednesday 7 July 2021

Round 2 – Sunday 11 July 2021
10:00 am – Short Hurdles - (age 12+)
(80m-90m-100m-110m at 76cm)
11:00 am - 60m (age 6+)
11:45 am - 150m (age 6+)
12:30pm - 300m (age 6+)
1:15pm - Walks (age 8+)
(700m - 1100m - 1500m - 3km)

Round 3 – Sunday 29 August 2021
10:00 am – 60m (age 6+)
10:45 am – 150m (age 6+)
11:00 am – 300m (age 6+)
12:15 pm – 1500m (age 10+)
1.00 pm – 3000m (age 13+)

10:00 am – Shotput (age 6-9yrs)
- Long Jump (age 6-9yrs)
12:00 pm – Open Javelin
12:30 pm – Open Triple Jump

10:00 am – High Jump (Age 8+)
11:00 am – Open Shotput (age 13+)
11:30 am – Long Jump (age 6- 9yrs)

Rules:

The competition shall be run to World Athletic rules
1 false start rule shall apply to 13 years and above running events
Seeded Events will be conducted for all events Men and Women up to 800m
Athletes shall be seeded according to ability (if times submitted on entry)
Spikes worn must be max. of 5mm in length
Age restrictions will apply to appropriate events
Mixed events for 1500m +
All throwers must use the correct throwing implement for their age.
Athletes in field event (except high jump) will have the duration of the time for their Event for completion of their trials.
High Jump bar will increment by 5cm per round with increased height announced to allow athlete to enter competition at their selected height
