(80m-90m-100m-110m at 76cm)
11:00 am - 60m (age 6+)
11:45 am - 150m (age 6+)
12:30pm - 300m (age 6+)
1:15pm - Walks (age 8+)
(700m - 1100m - 1500m - 3km)

- Long Jump (age 6-9yrs) 12:00 pm – Open Javelin 12:30 pm – Open Triple Jump * see rules for field events
Timing : Photo finish shall be in use
Check in: Athletes are not required to check in.
Spectators/Visitors/Coaches: must register their attendance by scanning the QR Code or manually completing the attendance register.
Results: Will only be available on the ANSW Live Results webpage
Canteen: Limited packaged food and drinks available from canteen.
