Event Overview

Join us for a scenic and challenging trail run through the stunning Charles Darwin National Park. This event features a 12 km loop course, allowing participants to choose between a single-lap or multiple-lap option.

West Macs Monster Qualifier

Runners aiming to qualify for the 2026 65 km West Macs Monster can do so by:

• Nominating for the 25 km (2-lap) option during registration.
• Completing both laps on race day.
• Please submit a verifiable Strava link that shows the full distance.

Course Details

• Each lap is approximately 12 km of mixed terrain, including technical singletrack, fire trails, and scenic lookouts.
• The course map will be posted during the week before the event, pending final track inspections and conditions.

Aid Station

An aid station will be available at the start/finish area, stocked with basic water and supplies, and another water station on course about halfway through the lap.
Runners are encouraged to bring along any additional nutrition or gear they may need during the event.

Important Notes

• Trail shoes, sun protection and bug spray are strongly recommended.
• Carrying a water bottle is mandatory
• All runners must attend the mandatory briefing at 6:45 AM.
