To continue with your application, please read and agree to the following conditions:

I wish to apply for Qrun event membership and I have read and confirm my understanding of the insurance cover provided to Qrun member events.If you have ‘Interested Parties’ you would like included on your insurance certificate of currency, please list them within this application.

I understand and agreed that;

Qrun will invoice me for the applicable event membership fees and that the invoice must be paid prior to receiving a final insurance certificate.
Event and Risk Management plans must be supplied to Qrun prior to receiving a final insurance certificate.
Copies of all applicable permits (e.g. Council, Police, National Parks) must be supplied to Qrun prior to the event date.
The full results for the events are to be supplied to Qrun in Excel/csv format as soon as possible following the event.
