For all field events, if an athlete returns from another event before the next age group begins, please allow the student a reasonable opportunity to complete their jump/throw.

Athletes have been instructed to:

• Check in at their field event first;
• Remain at the field event until directed to report to track marshalling; and
• Return to their field event immediately after completing their track event.

The convenor has specifically asked for some flexibility in these situations and really appreciates your understanding and cooperation in helping give athletes the opportunity to participate in as many events as possible.
